1.1 Receptionist

Limitless Vision is a rapidly growing business consultancy firm that aims at assisting and
supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs. We are looking for Marketing Interns to join our organization.
Candidates will be required to fill in the following tasks:
● Assist all consultants with work as assigned
● Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
● Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
● Support the marketing analysis and research on competition
● Collaborative on annual marketing planning
● Help distribute marketing materials
● Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
● Help in creation and editing for content for the blog and newsletter
● Help research new marketing strategies and ideas
● Aid in the creation of advertising, brochures, and other collateral materials
● Assist in day to day operations (making phone calls, running errands, emails, etc.)
● Help schedule and execute promotions
● Assist clients as and when they require support
● Promote and assist in data collection as and when required
● Help ensure promotional banners are up and in the proper place
● Help other departments and staff members if they need assistance
● Any additional responsibilities that may be needed during your internship Preferred Skills:
● Bs in Marketing or current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing,
communications or similar field
● Certificate in Marketing
● Outstanding multitasking abilities
● Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
● Good understanding of latest marketing trends and techniques
● Excellent verbal and communication skills
● Must have a passion in marketing

1.2 Marketing Interns

 are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of

• Keep record of all lockable files
• Accommodate clients at the reception
• Operate switchboard and direct clients to relevant departments
• Coordinate staff meetings and appointments
• Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming correspondence
• Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities
• Maintain database of suppliers and service providers
• Prepare minutes for all staff meetings, read them out and ensure they are properly
signed for and filed
• Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to
all departments and individuals, where necessary
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies
• Supervising general staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Coordinate all morning presentations and manage roasters
• Any other duties as required and directed by management
Qualifications and requirements –
• At least 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics
• Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure with minimum / no supervision
• Be smart and of sober habits
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Driver’s Licence is an added advantage
• Basic Accounting knowledge is an added advance
• Knowledge of Quality Management System is an added advantage.ing Waves
